A 501(c)(3) nonprofit platform

Simple idea.
A box of supplies
for every teacher,
twice a year.

Teacherhood connects donors, suppliers, and teachers so every classroom has the basics it needs.

We are looking for founding donors to help get this off the ground.

The problem

Teachers fund their own classrooms.

It is not a funding problem. It is a connection problem. The money exists. The supplies exist. The teachers are everywhere. Nobody built the infrastructure to bring it together.

The system is broken.
The shortfall teachers make up with their own money is built into how education is financed in America. The federal answer is a $300 tax deduction.
The costs are staggering.
America's teachers spend $3.35 billion of their own money on classroom supplies every year. The average teacher is out more than $900.
It's only getting worse.
Inflation is hitting basic supplies hard. And what giving does happen clusters around back-to-school season, while the need is year-round.
The solution

One box. Every teacher. Twice a year.

Every enrolled teacher gets a Teacherhood box delivered to their classroom before each semester starts. Pencils, erasers, dry erase markers, the basics. No wish lists. No applications. No waiting to see if someone picks you.

Donors commit funding, we count teachers, we divide the budget, we ship the box.

It is strange that nobody has done this before. We are doing it now.

Getting the box to every teacher is a logistics problem. We solve it by connecting suppliers and commercial distribution channels into a single orchestrated system. We do not own the trucks. We own the orchestration.

The approach

Technologists helping teachers.

No political agenda. We are not here to fix the education system. We are here to make sure teachers have what they need to do their jobs.

We are seasoned technologists who have built infrastructure that runs the internet. To us, this is a technical problem and a supply chain problem. Nothing more, nothing less.

We will start local, prove the model, and expand state by state until every teacher in America has what they need. AI runs the operations. We run lean.

For donors

Fund the pool. See the impact.

Donor contributions flow into a shared pool. Before each semester, we tally enrolled teachers and size the box to match the budget. Every dollar goes toward supplies. None of it gets lost in overhead.

When you contribute, you get a front-row seat. Donor dashboards show how many teachers were served, what was delivered, and where. Your giving moves at scale, and you have the data to see it happen in real time.

All contributions are made through a 501(c)(3) and are fully tax-deductible.

Every teacher gets basic supplies.
Every donor makes it possible. We are building the infrastructure to make this happen.

We are in the early stages and looking for the right people to help get this off the ground. If that sounds like you, let's talk.
